Really bad hotel, hard to believe given the Sheraton brand, number of starts the hotel has and what they charge per night. The rooms are completely outdated, smelled terrible, carpet as dirty as it can get, the furniture is damaged, has holes or it is chipped. They switched us to a different room, but it was exactly the same. The room wasn´t even cleaned properly, when we first arrived there was a plastic bag next to the window with some sort of powder in it, there were crumbs on the carpet, terrible. Water isn´t even complimentary anymore like other hotels that replace them daily, on arrival they gave us a couple of bottles and said that if we wanted it for other days, we could buy them in the gift shop. Staff wasn´t very friendly, even rude at times. We took pictures since a picture is worth more than words. We have stayed in about 50 hotels in different states and countries, and this one is one of the worst ones. It is very damaging to the Sheraton brand. We won´t stay again in this nor any other Sheraton hotel.

Easy check in great service and the staff was really friendly. What I didn't like about the place was the bathroom was really small, no free WIFi, and there's a charge to leave your luggage. Cause we arrive early and wasn't able to check in yet and thought about leaving our luggage at desk and saw that they charge you $6 per luggage if we want to leave it. Why would I have to pay when i'm staying there?
