Nice and convenient location in the heart of midtown. Despite being an extremely busy area, it was very quiet at the hotel room and beds ultra comfortable. Some staff at reception weren’t very welcoming or good communicators at check in. There is a ‘Urban destination charge’ of approx $35 /day that wasn’t explained or notified at time of booking

Really enjoyed Tempo. This was our first stay in NYC. Conveniently located in Times Square and right next to a subway stop. Hotel room was updated and very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it was a spacious area

The hotel was a great spot for our recent visit to NYC. The room was clean and for being right in Times Square, the noise was very minimal. It is very easy to walk to dining and shopping and the subway and trains are nearby for easy transportation around the city. The one thing I would have wished was different was the little convenience store in the hotel. It was closed most of the time we went to get a snack, but the one time it was not, it was very expensive. For a little meat and cheese snack, nuts and water it was 31.00.

Vey new and clean. Uber lines up right out side the door so that makes it easy to get around. Steps away from time square. Water bottle fill stations were a nice addition. Overall great new hotel.

Great hotel in the best area in my opinion of New York, staff where great and facilities and room where first class A . The only one downside to this hotel was the extortionate deposit of $800 i had to pay for the room which put a strain on our finances for the trip!!! i had read this should be around $50-200 too high in my opinion!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience somewhat disappointing. Although the location was absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to many attractions, the room itself was not up to my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with floors and surfaces that didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no room service available, which added to the inconvenience. The food offered by the hotel was average at best and didn’t enhance the experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s central and convenient for sightseeing, this hotel’s location is ideal. However, if comfort, cleanliness, and room service are priorities, you may want to consider other options.

Great location right on Times Square, perfect for accessing the Subway to anywhere in Manhattan. Lovely rooms, great size for New York. Nice gym. Even though you are so close to Times Square the hotel itself was peaceful and had a great vibe.
