We really enjoyed our stay at The Iroquois New York. It's in a great location - & was very centrally located to explore all the NY sights. The quality of the rooms was very good & the staff were friendly & helpful (a big shout out to Jay, Najai & Dan esp.). The grab & go breakfast provided as part of the room rate was excellent - & a real bonus.

The staff was 10/10, very nice and accommodating. The room was also nice, clean, and quiet. That being said, Expedia says "breakfast", but there's a mandatory daily $40 "resort" fee to have it. It's misleading and essentially a scam. Here are some cons. The breakfast is very limited: a choice amongst two sandwiches (not worth said $40). The bathroom of our room had mold spots. The elevator is always slow and busy. They were angry when we used the wheelchair ramp with a stroller.

Quiet hotel. Comfortable beds. Less than 10 floors, easy elevators. Beautiful boutique hotel, safe. ALL staff were friendly and super helpful. Stayed with my husband & teenage son. Rooms were small but not as small as other NY hotels. Complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, delicious breakfast sandwiches, croissants, fruit, coffee/juice bar. Walkable location to shopping & dinning at Rockefeller & Time Square, theater district, NY public library & St. Patrick’s, all just around the corner. I would stay here again!
