The good the bad and the ugly
Great location. We were upgraded to a suite for an additional charge but it was extremely spacious which is unheard of in NY so we were very happy with the accommodations. The rooms look a little older but size of trim made up for the fact that it wasn’t modern. We did have SEVERAL billing issues which took a week and a half to resolve hopefully they will all be in the past and we can move forward from them! We were over charged several times. Make sure to look over your folio with a fine tooth comb upon check out And take a look at your credit card statement when you’re back home and make sure no additional charges have been posted. I was horrified by what I saw on my credit card statement. Kent, the ops manager was extremely helpful and was the only o e that was able to u detectando my frustration and make things right. Hector and Vanessa at the front desk were both very helpful. Pradley also helped us out while Erica never returned phone calls or got back to us as promised.

LOVED!
Very clean hotel in a nice location. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. They even give out free wine around 5 PM and pastries!! Loved this hotel

We arrived early and they held our luggage, had no issues retrieving luggage when room was ready. Staff was friendly. Really good location for what our plans were while visiting. Would stay again!
