I was allocated a terrible room right next to the lift and when I asked to be moved I was moved to a room with a noisy aircon unit. This seemed intentional. I thought this was poor service. Not staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It’s close to pretty much everything. With on walking distance to lots of great spots. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Lots of door men that some are lovely. Although would be more helpful if they were on both doors. Rather than the internal one. The colleagues are helpful without being intrusive.

Great place to stay. Only recommendation is to stay on the higher floors it’s way too loud with the Times Square noise on the lower floors you hear it from the room.

The Knickerbocker is a really cool building right in Times Square. Upon checking in, they first sent us to a room the was open and unclean. The did find us another room after about 20 min waiting and it was a nice room. Very stylish design and comfortable bed and pillows. Decent space for a NYC hotel. The next day it took forever to get our car due to a festival in the street and then an hour to get to the FDR. That’s pretty expected in NY. I would definitely train in next time. I would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the hospitality and how attentive and accommodating they all were. Our room was very clean and nice. The shower was the best! We plan on coming back to NY and will definitely plan to stay here again. 5 stars!!!
