The stay was great, staff was very helpful and curtious. The hotel is well located though there was a lot of construction at this time around the hotel. The downside of my stay was there was a daily fee assigned to me which I found very unfortunate to learn of only a couple days before my stay which made it impossible to rebook elsewhere. I would in the future love to know at booking if there are hotel fees and/or resort fees that will apply as that changes my criteria for booking

Bathroom was horrible for the 3 nights i stayed when i checked in it was flooded and full of poop they fixed it then it left a stane for poo around the toilet for a day i asked house keeping she basically told me its not her problem call the front desk and complain after all that after i used and flushed it it flooded the bathroom they had no more rooms with a king size bed to move me so i used the downstairs bathroom in the lobby those 3 days.

The room was very small and in a loud area. The location was great, close to everything. We didn’t like the $35 daily destination fee. It was credited if you used the gym or the used it for the restaurant and bar. But you have to use the facility to get the credit. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Good value for the price in a pricey city. Wish the Thermostat worked, tried calling down to the desk, but phone didn't work either. Other than that, the place was nice enough, great location. They might want to improve the wait time for check in, it was more that 30 minutes in line, but they gave us waters while we waited. Staff was nice.

Room wasn’t ready when we came at 4 to check in so we had to leave our bags a go to where we needed to go. When we came back at 8 we still had to wait a little while they found rooms that were available. The hotel is okay and in a nice location but it was frustrating not the have access to our rooms when we needed them and to not be given any idea of the time when they would be ready.

Older hotel. Small room, but that is expected in NYC. Very clean. Only issue was bathroom. No electrical outlets, and the toilet didn’t flush properly and at one point leaked water when flushed.
