Fourth time staying at the Lucerne. Chilled area with subway stations very close by and good local food options such as Jing Fong and Levain. Only slight draw back was some of the staff were not super friendly and the doorman wasn’t often there. I don’t expect a doorman but if we know there is one it would be good for them to be there especially when we tipped when leaving. Not enough to put me off returning by any means. Beautiful property, extremely comfy bed, clean and well maintained.

The rooms are small and look dated but are tidy and inviting. Need updated outlets and more up to date USB friendly connections. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is great! Overall decent hotel.
