Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Lobby clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor. Room was larger than expected with very comfortable beds ,chairs, table etc. Bathroom also large and spacious with good shower and Adam and Eve sinks. Extra towels quickly delivered. Great! We felt safe, it was comfy and convenient. Clean and good staff. 4/5 stars because it said online that they had a gym. It was closed and had to walk around the block to another hotels gym. But glad they had the option for us
