Great hotel. Stayed here many times. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Very convenient to Times Square/theaters but is on a quiet street. My only issue the last time I stayed (Nov 2024) was they charged me a fee to store my bags after checkout at 10am. My flight was at 5pm, so I needed a few hours of storage before leaving for the airport. This is a new change. I had never been charged before. After the cost of a stay with "resort" fees attached, I felt this was over the top. This hotel should not charge for holding bags after checkout. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
