This was a perfect location for our stay in NYC. Just a couple of blocks from Central park, we enjoyed plenty of eating options and shops. the staff were friendly and our room was cozy and cleaned daily. Being on the upper west side, travel by subway was easy and we enjoyed exploring the various parts of the city

The most wonderful and helpful staff! The room had slight bit of wear and tear but overall was exceptional. Really spacious and comfortable and had some nice extra amenities (complimentary water, steamer, umbrella, automated shades). We stayed for a week and had a great time! Would stay here again, especially given the convenient location and close subway stops

This property was by far and away the best property we have stayed in Manhattan. The location was amazing. One block from Central Park. Right on 57th (Billionares Row). The hotel was super clean, quiet at night, and modern. We have stayed all over upper and lower Manhattan and will stay here again and again.

Not clean. Leaking shower doors, clogged faucet, and shower drainage smells horrible. Overall older building and definitely not 5-stars.
