I liked this limited service hotel however there wasn't more than essential communication during the plan, arrival and departure phases. If you are a minimalist traveler then this place is good If you meed any special accommodations then look for a property with at least a virtual concierge. I'm told that I am very clean and leave the room perfectly clean so if that's also your style then you are a successful minimalist and will enjoy this hotel.

Very straight forward hotel that gets the job done. Just needed a place to sleep while sorting out a move. Was able to book a room very late at night. As a cool bonus, the place is entirely contactless. Very futuristic.

Needs Improvement
Clear instructions for mobile check-in and building access, clean room and great location. It was, however, the slimmest, hardest and least comfortable mattress I've ever paid $200/night for. Update the beds to something better than an RV mattress and this place will get 5*.
