I recently stayed at Westin, and unfortunately, it was a bottom-tier experience. From the moment I checked in, I noticed the room was dusty, which triggered my asthma and forced me to rely on my inhaler throughout my stay. I also contacted the front desk for a blanket or comforter, but I never received one. This left my family and me very uncomfortable during our stay. Despite bringing my concerns to the front desk, the staff was unresponsive and seemed indifferent to my needs. Literally no one was helpful. Basic essentials were lacking in the room, which only added to the overall discomfort. As a poor attempt to rectify the situation, management offered a destination fee credit at checkout, well now the trip is over! but this hardly compensated for the issues we faced. I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to others especially if you would like a blanket. I received an apology email following my poor review. Never again.

The thing that makes this hotel stand out and such an enjoyable experience is the staff, from top to bottom they were a delight to deal with. Our bathroom was functional but a bit small and we had to coordinate the entry and shower doors.

I was really impressed with the hotel. We were given a room on the 41st floor with great views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel hands out complimentary coupons for drinks at their bar as well as breakfast which was really great! Hotel staff is very friendly, and especially Thomas at the front desk. I would gladly stay here again!
