I had a pretty good stay here. Nice room with a super comfy bed and a nice big smart tv which was amazing. Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger but always had hot water. Balcony was nice too. The heater was way too noisy to keep on but the room stayed reasonably warm anyway. Walls were quite thin but wasn’t overly disruptive. Quite happy with what I got for the price. Service was excellent from the front desk too 😊

Room was terrible. Outlets didn't work, we couldn't even charge our phones. The window unit air condition didn't work. The floor was bare concrete with a large crack in it, water was in the floor. Outdoor area in the back was very messy, This was extremely disappointing and I won't stay there again!

Great location with the Subway being right outside. For the price, one of the best options in Manhattan! A great example of you get what you paid for. No fancy amenities but clean rooms and friendly staff

I like that you are provided water when asked but check in takes a while for some reason. The room was comfy since it felt similar to an apartment . It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. I wish it was sound proof and had better toiletries

Please return my $100. deposit as you promised
I booked online and arrived approx 9:00-10:00 pm on 10.6.2024. I was asked to give my credit card for $100 refundable security dep. which I did. I showered, went to bed,up the next morning ready for 9-11 memorial. I checked out the next morning around 10:30 AM. To date, I haven't received my $100 security deposit. I was alone and left the room looking as it did when I arrived except for bed cover turned down on one side, dental floss in bathroom trash can, and I used the wash cloth from night before to wipe up some tea I spilled. The tea did stain the wash cloth a little, but possibly came out in the wash. I have yet to receive any of my deposit back. I would have recommended the hotel had they returned my deposit as they promised. It was hard to find at night time even with gps bc the hotel front is narrow. I finally called bc the gps kept saying I had arrived. The nice hotel clerk came. stood in the door and waved to me. Everything can be excellent, but if a man can't keep his word about returning a deposit, everything else is in vain.

This is a new hotel that seems to be refurbished recently. While it has some quirks, it was a comfortable and clean stay. Price was very reasonable. I slept great and the staff was very nice.

We had some stains on our towels when we first arrived but they switched them out immediately. This hotel is good for a quick night which is what we used it for and affordable but not for long stays. Looks like an apartment complex turned into a hotel. Again its affordable and good if you need something for one night but other than that I would not reccommend.

We stayed here to be in close proximity to the 9/11 memorial and museum. It's tucked in between other businesses, so we almost missed it. But it was close to attractions and food. The parking we utilized was about a block away. The towels were tiny, but that was the only thing that I would say they could improve on in the room. It's a cool twist on what seems to have been dorms or something. The bedding was soft and so cozy that we didn't want to leave. It was louder than expected, due to trash being collected. Overall, very minor things to improve.

I'm not sure if it's common, but at the very last moment, I was told I couldn't use AMEX, which I used to make a booking, and charged an extra $30 for a 'card fee' (I used a Visa card). The location is great.

everythhing is good, it's clean but we're disappointed about the privacy. they did not notify us about cleaning our room, they just entered our room while we're out of the hotel without telling us about it and also did not explain well about the reason why they are getting my credit card details because that is confidential.
