Best Hotel in NYC
This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We arrive around 130 with our two kids and our room was already ready. They knew it was our son’s 8th birthday and wished him happy birthday right away. They also gifted us a credit towards food as a gift. Then when we got to the room, there were cupcakes and a personalized card for my son. The view from our room was spectacular. Stunning panoramic views of the city. We spent the afternoon at the pool and it did not disappoint. Nothing like swimming with the Empire State Building in the background. The lifeguard saw us waiting and quickly found us a place to sit. When we went back to our room, they had delivered a gift bag full of snacks and candy for the kids. Top notch customer service and they really go above and beyond. The guy who checked us in and out deserves a raise! He made us feel like family coming home. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was so nice. I was really impressed. This is a pet friendly hotel and what I will say is I was perfectly fine since I’m highly allergic to cats and dogs. The staff was amazing the pool and food was great. We will definitely come back here.

Everyone from the front door to security was friendly, room was clean and refreshing, pool was fun, food was great. Will be back!! Front desk gave me extras every time I passed them🤗
