The hotel looked as it does online. Super clean and comfortable beds. I didn’t get to check out the rooftop, but even with that, the three restaurants, and the karaoke bar all in the same building, it was still a quiet stay. It was never too noisy. We could hear people when in the halls, but in the room itself, it was quiet and made my stay very cozy. The service was pretty quick, too. Since the kind of room I booked had availability, I was able to check in early. Usually, most hotels I’ve stayed at took their time, but voco Fiorello came with new clean towels just five minutes after I called the front desk. The area is nice, too, with bus stops right outside the building. I’d stay again.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The City View lounge is something you have to see while staying here, such amazing views of the city scape and great buffalo wings. We loved our stay here!

We had a great stay! No issues at all! Staff was very friendly. Refillable water at your convenience. Amazing chocolate/biscuit treats. Bathrooms were a little small for the people in the room, and washcloths were hard to come about. We had to keep requesting them.

If you’re traveling to New York City and need a place to stay relatively close to the airport, this is definitely worth considering. The hotel itself looked and felt like it was recently renovated. Things are new and clean, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I did not get a chance to visit the restaurants due to the nature of my visit, but I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting your area.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff are excellent and the facilities are clean. Our only issue was parking. If you’re visiting on a weekend be prepared to struggle to park. Parking is $1 an hour plus a $10 fee just a heads up.

Pleasant surprise found via blind LaGuardia Airport area search on Expedia. My interactions with staff and overall stay exceeded expectations on every level. Wish I could have stayed longer, enjoyed the hotel’s amenities and adjacent restaurants.

Rooftop with city views was a definite plus along with their chocolate cookies! This will be the only hotel I'd use when visiting NYC-NJ. Amazing value and service.

We initially wondered what the place was because it wasn’t a traditional hotel entry. But once we got to the lobby on the second floor, Douglas was such a welcoming, informative and friendly presence, all of our initial concerns were swept away. The room itself was everything we could need for a last night. Can’t recommend enough.

I really appreciate the front desk staff, and the room was well-cleaned. The maintenance team was incredibly helpful; I wasn't sure how to adjust the AC, and they assisted me promptly. They even contacted their supervisor to adjust the temperature for my comfort. However, I didn't like the fact that there is an $ 25-a-day amenity fee. Thank you, Graciad Domi!

The hotel on one side and the restaurant's and roof top bar on the other side of the same building was very convenient. Douglas the desk clerk was a breath of fresh air. He was always very helpful and had a very positive attitude.
