Overall rating a 4 due to room having some chipped paint in areas, chipped tile in bathroom, and inconvenience of the utilization of 2 elevator systems just to get to your room. Will consider staying again for a 1 night stay, but extended stays would consider more higher end hotels.

When we walked into our room the ac wasn’t working. Seems to have tripped and the sink faucet was shut off from a leak. Let the staff know and they quickly got it fixed. Overall the friendliness of the staff is unmatched. I got great help this morning figuring out how to get to the bus station.

Hotel can use an update, good hotel for a quick stay. We stayed 2 nights had to change our room 3 times due to cleanliness and one smelled like smoke. Reviews don’t tell you but you have to take 1 elevators from the lobby to 4th then take another one to the floors with the rooms.

The only thing I liked about this place is the location and some of the staff! The Elevators are not well maintained or cleaned, some people who stay there just throw trash in the hallways. There is no ice machine on my floor. The Gym has no windows. The bar and the cafe is the only thing I liked and cared for, There are people always standing and smoking outside. I needed a spoon to eat my Ice Cream that I bought across the street I asked for a spoon I was told I had to buy a spoon from the Vending machine. Really a damn spoon! What am I going to do with a plastic spoon steal it? For almost $4000 for two weeks this place is not worth the price. Air India take note here do not send your staff to stay at this place. You can do better! Some of the people that stay here are just rude, nasty, smells like weed and have no manners. The majority of people that stay at this place are fashionista wanna be.

Two night stay for Anime NYC!
Two night stay in NYC for Anime NYC! The bed was super comfortable, and despite the room itself being small, the bed was motorized and turned into a futon making for ample room for two. I cannot say enough good things about that shower! If you travel a lot, you know how much the shower can make or break a hotel and this YOTEL shower did NOT disappoint!! I’ll be back next year for sure

Love this location! CVS right across the road and liquor store beside the hotel. Great location with a few blocks to the heart of the action. I love this location! Staff was super friendly too!

Overall my stay wasn’t bad, but I did have a bad experience during check in. I had to switch my room twice due to cleanliness reasons. The third room wasn’t perfect but it was much better than the others. The only thing missing was a mini fridge which I was able to live without. If you don’t like the room your given ask for a different one.
