We were very disappointed with our stay. First we were lead to believe (based on pictures) that we were booking a room with a kitchenette. Something we needed as we were traveling with an infant and wanted to wash bottles. Secondly, we requested a crib a day prior to coming, upon arrival we were told the crib was in the room. The crib was not there and when we asked about it and also requested pillows, we got neither. When we tried to call down to the front desk, the phone buttons didn't work. Lastly and what i would consider the worst was that there was an old hair covered bar of soap in the shower shelf. That just made us feel like the entire room was not clean.

The mattress wasn’t in the best of shape and the cost of 1 night was ridiculous. The hotel rooms were somewhat run down. At $380 a night, I was expecting top quality. I’ve had better comfort at a Holiday Inn or Howard Johnson’s. The hotel bar wasn’t open at 10 pm on a Saturday night
