Inside, the clever dual level layout has the open plan living area, kitchen on the upper level, and a second living area downstairs with 1 bedroom, a second bedroom enclosed with curtain on one side and bathroom. Just five minutes' drive to the ferry terminal, neighborhood shops, cafes and corner pubs, and the new Active Hub in Griffith Park. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned holiday home includes 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. In the well-equipped kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven. - Two bedrooms + a 3rd one that is not walled but curtained on 1 side that separate it from the living area
- 2 of the louver windows are not in use: the left one upstairs above stairway void and the 1 left to front door downstairs.
- The handrails along the stairway/dining area are not strong enough for swing/riding/leaning against. This is especially important if you have a minor in your group.
- There is no need to close the sliding door between the enclosed balcony and the living room upstairs either while you stay or when you check out. The view is much better without the sliding door closed
- It is highly advisable to hose off sand and dry feet outside house, there is hose at the front and shower/tap at the back. This will keep the house dry and more comfortable during your stay.

- Bring your own pods for the coffee maker
- bath towels provided by management agency contractors, beach towels not provided
- The pond in front of the house can be heavily treated with pool chemicals, please do not play with the pond water.

- Please paste all waste garbage recycled items in the red bin. Yellow bin and Green bins are not in use. Bin night is Monday. If you check out on Monday, please take bin out to Kerbs with lid open to street.
