There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, close to national park, walking track, all famous Lake Macquarie beaches, conveniently walking distance to Charles Square shopping centre, suitable for workers, family, business and leisure travellers. This property is renovated and cleaned between each booking. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. There is free WIFI, a smart TV, outdoor BBQ, backyard garden .

We provide donnas and covers, bedsheets, pillows and covers enough for number of guests booked only. Any extra guest will be charged an extra fee per person per night after paying for your booking. Cleaning during stay can be organised with extra fee if you require.

Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm

Check out: latest 10am, before check out: wash all dirty dishes, all rubbish to outside bins, move furniture back to same position you found it. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am, so late check out must be request in advance. Another $50 apply for late check out after 10am.

Early check in and late check out: request at the time of booking for availability.
Pet can stay with extra fee $30 per pet per night but we don't have a locked gate.

This property is one street away from Charlestown Square shopping centre, 5 min drive to Lake Macquarie Private Hospital, 10min drive to Redhead beach/Merewether beach, close to beautiful Glenrock Lagoon beach, Dudley beach, national park, Yuelarbah walking track, Cave beach, 10 drive to Newcastle, 2 hours drive from Sydney, 40 mins drive to Hunter Valley wine region, 1hr drive to Nelson Bay.

* Strictly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave non refundable if there is noise complaint. You will received money request of 1K from us for extra group of guest in and out, loud noise after 9pm and any event/function happen at this house
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.
