THE SPACE
Located in the beach side suburb of Newcastle, ‘Shipwreck Hideaway’ is in the perfect location whether you are a family, group, or couple getting away. With Stockton beach easily accessed across the road, you can enjoy the areas coastal walks, cycling, trendy cafes, family dining and some of the region’s most picturesque countryside. Add to that, you are only 45 minutes from award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley, you are sure to find something for everyone to enjoy.
This single-story property is fully furnished and has all the conveniences you need to enjoy your stay. This lovely old property comprises of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, and views of the beach, you cannot help but unwind and relax in the space. The views from the front veranda are beautiful. Lie in bed and listen for the waves crashing across the sand.

There is a garage however this is not for guests use. There is ample on street parking for guests to park
As ‘Shipwreck Hideaway’ is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property except the rear garage. This is not for guests use or access.
There are a couple of locked cupboard inside the property which are not for guests use or to be accessed.
Other details to note
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the property (see listing).
