Great location & a clean property. Could do with some work to the property - our apartment had a crack in the wall & a light had obviously been taken out of the main bedroom to be replaced by a fan with light but then no repair work done around the previous light fitting. Parking was easy. Probably the main drawback was no air conditioning in the bedrooms - the one unit in the living room didnt get into them & the bedrooms got very stuffy for sleeping.

Great location and very comfy, quiet sleep. The apartment itself needs a few repairs/upgrades like new blinds and carpet but overall it was large and comfortable and was decent value for money for a family stay.

Very clean and tidy property. A bit smaller than I expected as a lot of the 160sq is taken up by the balcony but still big enough for what we needed. Check in/out was very smooth. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quite room. Could do with a 2nd lounge chair and a 2nd or bigger frypan but overall we were happy with it (2 adults, 2 kids) and would happily stay here again. Very nice area to visit, especially for families with young kids as Speers Point Park is only a short drive away and is awesome for kids.

The parking was conveniently located under the apartment with direct access via a stairway. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. A little lacking on comfortable indoor seating for a family of 5. Overall, very good stay.
