The reason for the poor review is that the toilet would not flush properly. In fact, we had to have maintenance come to unclog it. But it still kept flushing with trouble to the extent my husband went and used to bathroom in the lobby! I hope that the manager does something and in theory could call me to offer a discount. We were in room 410. Not sure if other previous guests have had this problem but it makes things very challenging especially since we have a 3 year old toddler having to use a toilet that is clogged! Not fun!!

Room wall are very thin so easily hear noise from any adjoining room. We were woken up at 1:00a due to adjacent room yelling and grunting. Even though complained it helped some but the people were still noisy. One of worst night sleeps ever and could not go back to sleep. Let staff know at check-out and even though minor apology, nothing beyond that.
