Our check in was handled great, friendly and fast. And the concert was Awesome. The rest of the place very lacking. The bar first off, the drinks were over priced for the lack of alcohol in them. And I can state that with a fact because we did not get to have lunch so after one drink at least two I should have had a buzz and did not. My husb mentioned this to the bartender and the little girl just looked at him like a zombie and made no comment one way or the other and idk if she was new or not but did not know how to make anything. Very poor service there. And then after the concert we went to the Flatwater bar and grill to grab some dinner. We walked in the front door and again, the hostess and another person there just looked at us like 'what do you want'. Ah, to be seated??? My husb said never mind we'll go sit at the bar. The bartender there a girl was very friendly however, the guy helping her was not and neither had any comment when our food came out and we expressed that not only was it not hot it was just barely warm. She just chuckled when I said the fries were cold. I mean what is going on here, this place needs to send all their people to a customer service school or something. So needless to say we didn't even see a need to waste anymore money there so we got up and went and had breakfast someplace else on our way back home. Not sure if we'll ever be going back again either.

I like that they have good options for breakfast. I personally didn’t see the waterpark, but seemed fun. Wouldn’t mind booking again to take our children to enjoy it!

This was a pleasant surprise for us when we first walked into our room. It was soo much bigger than anticipated and the price couldn't be beat. Breakfast was always good, hot and free! The casino was alright, never that crowded when I went, just way too many slots and not enough table games. The only negative thing was the smell of smoke in the casino that was supposed to be smoke free.

Slides weren’t open but staff did the best to accommodate. Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough in the room to work on assignments. I was there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday got the room with bunk beds. Found cigarettes under the beds

This place is amazing. I got to see my normal favorite staff. Ashley at the Snack bar. Kevin and Keith around pool. They have the nicest lifeguards around and pool was well maintained. My major complaint was the DAMN POOL was TOO COLD. The maintenance guys showed me that it was 86°. Whatever the actual reading was Too Cold. Bettty was amazing at the Arcade and evryone was else was fabulous. I do want Cash to know that the young lady working the front desk....She goes by KK. Cash, she needs some serious Customer Service. My Granddaughter and I have been to too this property now for 3 times. We will be back, when and if yall can raise water temperature at Indoor Playground.
