Lovely 3-bedroom cozy cottage house for your family of up to six people. A completely renovated unit. This is a first-floor unit. Just a short bike ride to the HB pier, Main Street. This beach house is a breeze away from the sand. This one-of-a-kind house with a home theater that projects on the living room wall, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, outdoor space/dining area. A beautiful firepit, a sitting area to enjoy the evenings. The one parking space provided is behind the garage on the beachside.

Great place by the beach
Really nice little spot if you’re looking close to the beach. Great location. Nice big patio and huge projector screen in living room which was fun to watch football. Very comfortable. Even stayed an extra night.

Annual Autumn Beach Getaway
This is the nicest property we have rented in Newport Beach in all the years we have done this annual vacation to visit my aunt. The beach is so close that my aunt could walk to it easily. Rich is so funny and nice when you get the.checkin tour. Everything is explained in detail. Wonderful vacation place.

Fantastic Location
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for beach access and the restaurants and bars at the pier. We loved the fire pit for the cool evenings and the size of the patio with the full open sliding doors. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms with plenty of tp and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was good quality! We loved the projector and watched the games, baseball on the wall and basketball on the TV! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Beach Vacation
We had a great time here. My family was super comfortable. We came down for my son’s college graduation. Richard welcomed us, gave us a quick tour and we settled right in to a lovely beach weekend. I highly recommend getting bikes from Richard, so you can stay out of your car and access everything there is to do in Newport

We have been to Newport before- this is by far the best property we’ve stayed in! Clean, wonderful hosts- very helpful! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, favorite room was the giant family room! Loved the porch, fireplace! Hope to make this trip a tradition!

Cute Beach Property
The property was VERY clean, good location and comfortable. The only issue was booking and follow up. We had to sign a 6 page contract and when it was time to arrive, was sent another set of rules. Very strict situation and it caused much stress before, during and after our stay. Was hard to relax.
