This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.

There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

We stayed here end of March - early April with our two young sons (ages 3 and 5) for a trip for my husband’s birthday. Everything was perfect and exactly as described! In case you’re traveling with young children, everything worked out perfectly fine for them. We used the sofa bed and slept just fine! No big deal with noise from the street. Super close to everything but in its own quiet street with parking right there. Everything was great! We’d stay again! And everything you could need was in the apartment. Did laundry and everything. Thanks Troy!!

Clean, comfortable and everything you need for (2 people) your stay in Newport! Perfect location for walking in town to shop, eat & sightsee. The only downfall is no parking, we lucked out being it was off season and able to grab a spot in the parking lot across the street.

Perfect location, directly in town, everything as in the photos. Parking was a little difficult, available across the street in public lot at 30.00/24 hours but worth it for the convenience. Sometimes hard to find a space in high season. No close on street parking. Great place, like new!

When can we come back!

This beautiful clean ideally located apartment slept my husband and I and our teen daughter perfectly. Convenient easy parking right across the road and a step out to the heart of Thames Street. Communication with Troy the owner was so easy with immediate response. We are already planning when we’ll come back! 10/10!

Great Location!

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in Newport for a family reunion close to town and close to other family members who were in town within walking distance. This little gem offered us just what we needed. The rooms were clean, the king bed was comfy and even though situated just off of Thames Street, it was surprisingly quiet. There were just two of us and considering that the one bathroom is in the master bedroom, I would not suggest more than 2 occupying this apartment. The parking lot across the street is very convenient but does cost 30 for an overnight. There is a cute cafe at the corner called Drift which was perfect for a latte and light breakfast. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance and very close by on Thames. Troy was very responsive when we had trouble accessing the apartment as there are three units, his is #1 all the way to the left but the code lock made it easy to get in and out. A nice find in a great area.

Great location

We were in town for a (running) race but also wanted to spend time wandering around town. This rental was the PERFECT spot for walking / shopping / dining, etc. The bedroom is at the back -away from street noise- and was quiet. Would stay there again.

Location, Location!!

Troy’s place is nicely decorated and very clean ! You can walk to everything . It is such a great location ! It was nice to have the public parking across the street and that it is free October 31 to April 30. My only suggestion would be to have kitchen knives and a toaster . We like to cook breakfast. I would definitely recommend Troy’s place.

Seafood getaway

We came to Newport for the bowens warf seafood fest and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The location of the rental was perfectly set in town. Walkable to just about anywhere. Tons of food choices, overwhelming amount of retail shops. Minutes to walk to the ward. Only downside was parking. Highly recommend This rental.

Ideal location in Newport

The unit was cozy and nicely appointed—coffee and creamer provided were much appreciated. But the best part was the perfect location. We could walk to everything. Communication with property manager was good. Parking directly across the street was very convenient, although a bit pricey. Great experience.

Overall great location.

Location was excellent for walking to anything you would like. The property though looks out at the back door of a restaurant where the workers regularly are smoking and hanging around. Parking in the immediate area is pricey though you can walk a few blocks up the street and possibly find a spot on a side street.
