The website images fool you of the location and view of the hotel. It’s in a narrow street sandwiched between other buildings. There are 2 separate buildings and from my observations the main building is newer and nicer compared to the building that has the suits in. Our “ocean view” suit had only 1 tiny window facing the bay. It was so small that we resembled it to a prison cell window! The rooms were very clean but very dark, absolutely not enough lighting neither in the room nor the bathroom. The mattresses were horrible, very old, uneven and uncomfortable. Per booking info, the beds were supposed to be king size, well, only the bed head was king, the mattress and the casing were queen. Absolutely unacceptable. The TV turned on by itself 3 times in the middle of the night during our 3 night stay. When I mentioned this to reception staff the only response I got was that it might have been interfering with other rooms’ remotes! No apology and I can only assume this was not the first time and they have never tried to fix the issue. Overall not pleasant experience and not worth the money they charge per night.
