Exceptional hotel
We liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna a lot and they were one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were also really clean and the hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was great and they have a waffle machine and the staff are friendly. The only problem was that the Ben and Jerry’s machine that gives you ice cream didn’t work very well. It still gave 1 of us their ice cream but the machine couldn’t seem to get the second one out. It did give us our money back and it wasn’t really a big deal.

The customer service was amazing. The front desk clerks and manager helped me with my mom. She's wheelchair bound they helped me with getting a table to eat on. They were so accommodating and just truly amazing.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, the very large room and staff friendliness. The room had vinyl flooring which is much cleaner than carpeting - very nice. They had doggy bags at every exit (within the pet area) so it was also very clean in the grass. Breakfast was ample with bacon/sausage and eggs, and cereal, bread, and fruit, etc.

Rooms are beautifully furnished, only thing I’d love to see is a kettle or coffee maker. Available downstairs but nice to have a cup of tea before bed/in the morning without having to be dressed to go to the lobby. Otherwise staff n check in very helpful and great rooms
