The hot tub & pool need some maintenance. Peeling paint floating in hot tub, unpainted patches on bottom of pool. Parking lot around back has potholes. Couldn’t watch Tv in our room had ‘no channel available’ & wouldn’t recognize a phone or tablet to connect & watch our own network apps. Reported tv issue to front desk at check out & she filled out a maintenance slip, so hopefully fixed quickly.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good.Room was nice and clean. The only issue was the ones that ruined the hot tub and tore the ladder up on the pool.

If possible, I would like a full refund. Did not receive proper room. Was initially given an occupied room. Was unable to enjoy pool/hot tub-they were closed, which was only reason I booked here.

Not the best hotel stay for us.
The remote for the t.v did not work, in both room and work out center. The pool and the hot tub was closed. The waffles in the waffle maker somehow deflated before timer went off and kids were disappointed, eggs was super watery and the breakfast Buffett didn't have any sort of meat: ham, bacon, sausage ect. The girls at front desk were funny and nice.

The room was nice but when we first arrived we opened the fridge to put in drinks there was an old pizza box with food from a prior guest. It clearly wasn’t cleaned.
