Hotel was perfect. Have stayed there a few times and always nice to come back. Breakfast wasn’t as good as usual? Veggie sausages weren’t nice? Less fruit for fruit salad.

We stayed for two nights. Our experience on the first night was poor. However, Danielle (the Assistant Manager) successfully resolved our issues. The room on the first night was poor. Not to the standard I would have expected from a quality hotel group. This was rectified for our second night. Based on that experience, I would be happy to stay there again. Thank you Danielle for your help.

Not worth the money, despite good location
First room we were allocated had a bit of a stink from it. Like a child vomited in it or something. Horrendous! Second room was better but we either had no aircon of full on ice box! I am usually slow to complain as I work in the customer service industry myself. However, this hotel can’t be more than 10-15 years old but feels very tired already. Location of the hotel is superb, but they are charging top dollar for the location and the Radisson name. Having stayed in another Radisson just last week, for less than half the price in a bigger city which was fabulous, this hotel needs to pull its socks up.

A thank you to the staff for accommodating me with a twin room at checkin, which ended up being needed. Location is great being a 5 minute walk from Cardiff Central and about 5 minutes to the city centre. Room itself was clean and spacious, bathroom excellent with a shaving kit which is always handy. Only downside is gym is basically just cardio equipment and some light dumbbells and medicine balls. All in all though, place is Good for those in Cardiff to enjoy themselves or here for business
