It wasn't what I expected from the Country Inn & suites that I have stayed in before. This property is run down. The hallway carpet is dirty and smells. My room has stained carpet, the bathtub is chipped, the bathtub granite backsplash has strange stains, the cabinet that houses the microwave and fridge has warped and the wood has separated that even paint cannot hide. The door frame has large chips that need to be painted. The free breakfast is unappealing. The fruits are small and looks really cheap. We noticed the washing machine was broke the whole time we were there not that I wanted to use it, it looked dirty. I booked for 5 nights but I only stayed for 3. The 4th night I stayed at another hotel and the next day took our luggage and forfeited the 5th night stay. Horrible experience. I thought that it was going to be like the other Country Inn & suites I stayed before and I didn't look at the other comments. I wasn't alone. Other's have expressed what I wrote down. I have pictures in case anyone wants proof.

I stayed with my husband and four kids after a trip to Busch Gardens and it fit our needs. The room was big enough for us and the beds were comfortable. I had to get extra bedding and towels from the front desk and staff was nice. We got to breakfast late, and staff was kind enough to ask us if we needed anything before they began to shut down breakfast. I recommend if you need a place to sleep for a fair price.

The afternoon concierge had a reasonable attitude. The morning concierge which i believe is the owner was very deceptive. I had 1 booking with expedia for 2 rooms but she charged me for each room seperately with different prices...rooms were changed due to mold smell and wet carpets. Overall on hotel is less than poor. I had to give 1 star because 0 star is not an option

The afternoon concierge was reasonable but the morning concierge which i believe is the owner is deceptive and blamed expedia for everything no accountability. I had 1 booking for 2 identical rooms yet she charged me 200 more than expedia reservation for 1 room and 300 more for the other and said it was for deposits. Charged me for 2 seperate transactions on 1 booking.. Sounds fishy right? Yeah she was trying to rob me but my credit card company is on it. Now the hotel. We had to change rooms because of mold smell and wet carpets. The bathroom sink didn't drain in any of rooms and the pool pumps were off. The ice machine is empty and the laundry room on 3rd floor is trash. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one...

The walls in the bedroom had gross stuff smeared on them. The carpet made my young childrens feet black on the bottom. The TV screen was crack in 3 places. The tub was dirty. I told the front desk guy about the wall and he just said ew. DONT NOT STAY HERE. There no reason I would recommend this place to anyone.

The worst hotel I’ve been too…
This hotel was extremely dirty with a bad odor.. the room had a Mildew smell the bathroom door was broken didn’t close and the shower stopped up every time we showered.. My children was scratching all night long and very uncomfortable turns out this hotel has a flea and tick problem.. Most of the things in the room were broken, The carpet was dirty Throughout the whole hotel.. I Book this phone online, which is the only reason I had to stay there, But it was a horrible terrifying experience for me and my family.. They were strange people hanging around our cars in the parking lot all night long, Which made it hard for me to sleep.. And there were bugs in our room and spiders… Honestly, this hotel needs to be shut down and remodels. It is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to and I will never book here again.
