Lovely looking resort, terrible service. Not 5*
This is a beautiful looking resort. Lovely pool area and artificial beach (no access to sea however). However this is not a 5 star resort. The service from staff was 3 star at best. Staff speak minimal English and often just ignored us. Pool side staff actually quite rude and didnā€™t respond to requests for menu or towels. Staff always on their phone, extremely unprofessional. Had to interrupt someone watching videos with headphones in to ask something! Food and drinks average but extremely overpriced. No access to complimentary water at pool/restaurant. Resort 20 mins taxi from main centre. It was my wifeā€™s birthday and they kindly gave us a cake only after asking, or else nothing would have been done. We were extremely disappointed in the service. Staff need training. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and Iā€™m sorry to say this was the worst a service experienced.
