The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was absolutely terrible as they forgot to clean our room and when asked why, they could not provide a reason. We requested toilet paper twice as they provide only 1 roll/day - the first time, they never came as we had to use alternative means, the second time, they didnt answer the front reception line so my husband had to go down to request it (finding the front desk attendant playing on his phone), they came an hr later....just terrible. The breakfast buffet wasnt great nor sub-par, unless you like bland, cold, and limited options - it was so bad, we ate out for breakfast. Upon checkout, they said that 2 sets of slipppers were missing, thus we had to go back to the room to find it - they were both in the room, just not in the cupboard where they were originally placed. They also wanted us to pay for a robe that was taken by housekeeping the day prior - as we were now running late for our flight out, they agreed to complete final checkout with a settlement of 200k dong, as they originally wanted 500k.

Location, location. One of the best hotel in Nha Trang, right next to the night market and central of Nha Trang tourist attractions. Room spacious, clean, good service, good breakfast. Just don’t like the air conditioner, sometime not working in the middle of the night. Overall one of the best hotel.

This hotel is immaculate and perfectly located. Bed is super comfy and rooms are big with excellent air con! Breakfast is reasonable, (also free), best to get in early as some things don't get replaced once gone. Decided to book extra nights- you won't find better for the price. Service is exceptional.

Service and the room were great. Wide selection of breakfast food and they weren’t that good. The pool was a bit small and the skybar wasn’t always open while I was there. But the location was great, a lot of food/ massage places/ convenient stores nearby.

The staffs in this hotel are nice and helpful. They are able to provide assistance toward your need. Hence, i am able to find delicious local food within the city. And manage to go for day trip like go to Dalat to explore more of the local life. A staff name Triu help me a lot for give me reference to where i can have the best view shooting on the city and the best 5 popular place in Nha Trang. She even show me the photos of these place to show me how beautiful these place are. I really have a pleasure stay in this hotel.

フロントの対応は良かった。ただし清掃スタッフの仕事が雑。トイレが清掃されてなかったりした。 ただし部屋は広く値段も安いので中心部にステイするのにはベスト

便利な快適なホテル
中心地にあり　ビーチも近いし、行きたかったレストラン、カフェなどはほとんど歩いて行くことができました。 ホテル真ん前の路地を入ったレストラン「ベルベット」 どの路地を入るのかもフロントの方に教えていただきました。 フロント(ソンマイさんにもお世話になりました) メイドさん、レストランのスタッフの方々もとても親切です しいて言うなら　ホテルのカードキーが剥がれていたので　もう少し新しいと嬉しいかな（笑）

居心地の良いホテル
一日目にアサインされた部屋はバスタブが大きすぎて使いにくかったので　部屋側に洗面所が付いている所に変えていただくようにお願いしところ　ソンマイさんに部屋をみせていただき とても便利に使えました。 皆さま　とても親切で　又泊まりたいホテルです

좋아용
최근 5성급이 되었다고 하더라구요. 그래서 그런지 모든 직원분들이 너무너무 친절했습니다. 가격대비 룸 컨디션도 너무 괜찮았고 솔직히 기대 안한 조식도 너무 괜찮았어요. 매일 쌀국수 종류가 빠뀌는데 솔직히 밖에서 사먹었던 애들보다 맛있었어요. 죽 종류도 너무 괜찮았고. 과일도 전부 아주아주 잘 익은것들만 있더라구요. 저는 용과가 그렇게 달달한 과일이었다는걸 이 호텔에서 처음 알았습니다. 방청소도 깨끗하고. 에어컨도 성능이 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 가먄 또 머물 생각 있습니다. 단점이라 하면 중국인 관광객들이 많다는 점인데 솔직히 다들 일찍나가서 늦게들어오는 투어객들이라 늦은 아침에서 저녁 까지는 호텔 진짜 조용해욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식먹을때 일찍가먄 시끄럽지 8시쯤 지나서가면 조용합니다. 제가 지낸 방만 그런지는 모르겠지만 냉장고는 별로 안시원했어요. 그래도 보관할 정도는 되었습니다. 이호텔에 마사지샵도 괜찮다 그래서 가봤는데 솔직히... 마사지는 마사지사들이 중요한거라... 저 담당하신 분은 너무 산만하고 부위별 시간분배를 잘 못해서 그런지 왼쪽은 너무 열심히하시고 오른쪽은 날림으로 하셔서 반쪽만 시원했어요. 아무튼 호텔 자체는 영어도 잘 통하고 너무너무 만족 스러웠습니당!! 늦은 새벽1:30분쯤 도착하는 비행기였는데 호텔에 픽업택시 서비스가 있너서 신청했는데 가격도 타 업체보다 비싸지 않았어요. 오히려 좀더 저렴한 느낌? 운전 해주시는 분도 운전 잘하시고 좋았습니다. 비용도 호텔 도착해서 지불하는 거라 불편함도 없었구요. 체크아웃 하는날 깜란 시내에 가야해서 택시 잡아줄수 있냐고 물어봤더니 직원분이 할수있는 모든 가능성을 다 찾아내서 도와주셨습니다. 숙박기간이 우연치 않게 축제기간이라 자동차가 잘 안잡히는것도 대신 잡아서 도와주셨어요. 다음에 혼자 여행가면 또 머물려구요 ㅎㅎ
