This is a beautiful property hosted perfectly by Joyce who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was delightful. We would definitely recommend this place although if you have a problem with stairs it would be a problem.

Beautiful B&B for a Family Gathering
John and Joyce were the perfect hosts and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden, had a deck and a private entrance. Our breakfasts were delicious, especially the omelets and Eggs Benedict. The location is only one mile from the falls on the river. This was the perfect place for our family gathering at Niagara Falls.

Wonderful! The hosts were incredibly warm & welcoming. The property was very clean, inside & out. Our room was amazing including a jacuzzi & a large private porch perfect for a nightcap/a morning coffee. Our made to order breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Niagara Falls.

This property is convenient to the Falls area and also to Niagara -on-the-lake. Everything was great about the place. The breakfasts were delicious and our room was nicely furnished with antique furniture. Very nice shower in the bathroom.
