Most of the stuff in the room and bathroom were broken. Carpet smell really bad. Coffee maker was dirty. Putting everything aside the smell of the carpet was too much.

Very disappointed in the facilities. No water for part of the day but only a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Staff great, breakfast great. Room just OK. Tub very slippery for a shower bathroom very small. The room rate should be less during renovations. Not the nicest BW I’ve ever stayed at.

Needs Major Upgrades… Hotel has a plan to upgrade in and out, but no set dates as to when. Carpet is dirty and needs changing. Bathrooms are very tiny. Breakfast is good. I would only stay here again in a pinch.

Overall our stay was just ok but expensive considering that this property needs mayor renovations as all the furniture and facilities are outdated. Electrical outlets in the room were not working at all, there was an electrical extension cord running on the room’s floor secured with electrical tape, not a great impression for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly specially at the bar, and at the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was not great - not a lot of taste and cold, but convenient as one doesn’t need to go out.

Other than room smell a bit humid, which I assume common with carpet, all is excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna as well as how close it is to the highway but manage to be really quiet at the same time.

Prooerty is out dated, however the staff was amazing! Crystal and front desk was so nice, friendly and accomodating. Elevator ride is a must, but hold your heart!
