We booked a non-smoking room....but the room smelled of smoke, not just in the air but in the linen too and we could smell it all night long.. That was a disappointment considering my wife and I have stayed at this motel several times with zero issues. Thank goodness my brother was with me this time and not my wife..... As they say, happy wife = happy life....I dodged a bullet this time!

Loved Capri Inn! I will definitely stay here should I be back in the area. Staff were wonderful, hotel was cleaned nicely. They were great. Not their fault, but I didn't appreciate people smoking outside their rooms, which were next to my room. The people were friendly though and it's where they could go. In California, where I now live, there are few smokers. When living in Canada, I remember many smokers, so maybe I'm just not used to it. Capri Inn was very very nice and I'm so glad I stayed here.

The staff were very friendly and took the time address any concerns I had. I was visiting from out of town without a car, and the location was easily accessible by local transit. I will definitely be back at the Capri Inn next time I'm in St. Catharines!

firstly, we arrived earlier than expected but were allowed to check in early with no problems. The room itself was very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. All the necessities required for a two night stay were provided plus the bed was made after the first night. (you don't get that very often any more) The location is convenient also as it it was only 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 8 minutes away from outlet shopping. There are plenty of dining options also within walking distance of the Inn. I highly recommend this place
