the christmas tree and lobby was nice the room cleanliness was good too, but things to improve are that it needs a microwave, refilled shampoo and other bottles before the guest arrives, the phone did not work, we should be allowed to take breakfast plates upstairs, elevators are slow

Everything was wonderful. Except the rude receptionist that helped us check in. She was extremely rude like she didnt want to do her job and the fact that you have to pay 20 dollars per night for parking is absolutely ridiculous. We have been to many hotels in niagara and none of the have charged for parking its always been included in the reservation. You get 20 minutes to eat you breakfast so you feel rushed eating. The jacuzzi wasnt even that hot. But if you over pass all that its ok

The overall hotel and breakfast dining was great! Also includes a pool and hot tub. Would stay here again, staff and service were also nice. Would definetly recommend to those looking for a good hotel

What i didnt like was that i was woken up at 2 in the morning by a fire drill and had to leave my room with nothing but a sweater and was tols i needed to wait outside, got back in at 3am and was not compensated what so ever. On another note my room was right next to the staircase which people were coming in and out of all night and the stairs door do not close but SLAM. in total i got about 3 hours of sleep

The staff were so friendly. The decor was updated & refreshed. The beds were very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the pool & hot tub & breakfast was good! It was a short walk to the OLG stage to see the show. All in all a great stay in Niagara Falls

shabby and run down but good location to Falls
We went to the Falls for a family trip. It was the ending to our Canada stay. The Falls area and amenities were lovely but the hotel was shabby, the front entrance was broken, $30 per day for parking (when there was no shortage of space) and the staff wasn't super friendly. The only big bonus was the location for walking to the Falls and the elevator that you can ride down to the Falls and shopping area.
