Overall stay was ok. Property needs some updating in rooms and bathrooms but overall its fair conditions and breakfast was good. The property was close to attractions and walkable distances. Only downside really was no microwave in rooms and you have to pay for parking everyday of your stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and easy to get a hold of if we had questions or needed assistance. Breakfast had lots of options and our room even came with a bath with jets! Overall great stay and will be coming back when in the area.

Overall great experience. My only concern is that the mattress in this particular room was not very comfortable. The hotel may want to consider upgrading the mattress in this room. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Stay and service was good for this hotel. Only thing I thing need to change is they are charging fees for parking as well. This is first time, I have seen parking fees being charged by any hotel when room is booked with them.

Stayed here for two nights; really friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was decent for continental; it included waffle maker which was nice. we stayed in a room with a hot tub, we recommend because there’s no hot tub in the main pool area. There is a convenience store right outside of the hotel which was very handy. Great sized rooms at a quite affordable price, we would definitely come back!

The staff was very professional and helpful in meal recommendations. We enjoyed tea and cookies in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast was what you would expect- scrambled eggs, oatmeal, sausage, bagels, juice, coffee...The room itself was average- slightly dated, but clean. No complaints. The pool was closed during our stay- it would have been nice to use the pool and hot tub. We did not find out about the closure until the day before our trip. On-site parking was easy and relatively inexpensive for the area ($20), and we were within walking distance to the Clifton Hill area, and really most of Niagra depending on how much walking/hiking one likes to do. The room was a good value for the price and pretty much what we expected.

great hotel stayed 1 nite but it was within walking distance to all attractions, it was also very clean and they were very friendly also had fresh cookies when arrived. I will definitely be staying here again.
