Staff was warm and friendly. This hotel is a very walkable distance from all of the major Niagara falls attractions. The breakfast buffet was of good quality fresh food daily.

Always stay here . $23 per night for parking is a little excessive should be more competitive with hotels in this area. A huge parking lot not used to its maximum. Love the hotel. Have stayed there many times.

Staff made me feel like I was the stupid one for booking the wrong room. On the website it clearly says premium room has two beds and a sofa bed that’s why I booked it because I have a family of five. The washroom had hair still visible and I found potatoe chip crumbs under the sheets I was sleeping on. The staff were not inviting.

Hotel had newly renovated rooms. Carpet was clean. Room was a very nice size - quite large, with a modern shower and tub. The hotel's location was very convenient being very close to Clifton Hill. Lots of parking made it very easy. We enjoyed the pool which was also very clean. All staff we encountered were friendly. Would definitely come back!

expect to pay extra when you are in Niagara falls.
things I liked: room was relatively quiet, clean and tidy. staff was friendly. pool was nice. things I disliked: asked questions during booking about the room such as "is the room facing the falls" but didn't get a response. I thought I specifically booked a room with a view of the falls but ended up getting a room that was facing another building. additional "local fees" and additional parking fees were charged on top of tax and regular room fees, which was unexpected. no continental breakfast offered but I knew that before booking.

The staff was very welcoming and they offered all kinds of amenities to the property. The building was also very walkable to/from Clifton Hills. Our visit was interrupted by families of a hockey tournament, but we had fun staying here because of the convenience of Clifton Hills and the Falls nearby.

Great location. Walking distance to Clifton hill, the casino and the falls. Friendly and helpful staff. Only disappointment was that parking was not free even though there was an abundance of parking spots available. For the price of the stay, parking should have been included.
