Cleaning detail in rooms needs to be addressed. Yes, there is no garbage, but stains on the couch and buildup of mold and dust in bathrooms (where you want the most clean) feels a bit off. Have stayed here many times over the years and enjoy all aspects other than how it’s been recently cleanliness wise. Thank you

We were very happy with the view from our room and the over-all “vibe” in the hotel. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent (unfortunately we did not eat supper there, so can’t comment). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Family overnight Niagara
A great family overnight at Double Tree Niagara . Enjoyed the Pool and outdoor hot tub and even fireworks at the end of the night 10:00 pm for 5 minutes 😃

Rooms that are advertised as capable of sleeping 5 people, even though spacious, only contain 2 queen beds that can only sleep 4 people comfortably. You will need to pay extra for cots if the 5th person is a baby/child. No option such as a sofa bed for an additional adult. This is important information that should be made clear during the booking process. Otherwise, the hotel itself is decent.

Very pleased with the checkin process at the DoubleTree. It was smooth and my group was provided with delicious chocolate chip cookies! The parking is accessible at the property, and the room is clean and spacious. It’s located within walking distance of the Falls and other attractions. We had a lovely stay and would certainly come again!
