This hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the falls and shopping. The dining options within the hotel were available but too expensive for me. Having a coffee shop in the hotel was very convenient.

Great place and affordable
We like the central location, a little away from the crowds yet close enough to walk to most places. The lobby is warm and welcome, rooms are clean, remodeled baths. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained. We have stayed here several times over the years and find it to be one of our favorite places. The staff are friendly too.

Heating in room wasn’t working, man who came to try to fix it couldn’t so brought a tiny space heater. Chair at desk was ripped all over I complained he took that away and brought a better one back. Still awaiting discount and holding fee to be returned as yet no sign of it? Beds were amazing as always with a doubletree this is why we book only with them! Pool was freezing cold and pool area could do with a deep clean. Gallery lovely, having a Starbucks was brilliant. Would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable, Clean & Pretty place
Great looking hotel from the out & the inside. Very clean throughout. Comfortable room. Mattress, pillows, sheets very awesome and cozy. Tv had lots of channels, temperature settings were easy to change, lots of storage in the room. Very quiet & relaxing. Pool area was great, especially the kids pool. Lobby area is great,has lots of seating area and also has a little cafeteria. Checkin & checkout were a breeze, and loved the Welcome cookies- they were yum! Overall, great place to stay with family even though its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and thats what we wanted.
