It was our first time staying at this hotel. We had a room on the first floor. The room was very spacious for a king size bed. Lots of room to walk around. We had a patio door to the outside pool, which also had an enclosed indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Also had a table and chairs to sit outside our room to enjoy the sun. Walking to the falls was 10 minutes. Felt safe the whole time we were there. People very pleasant at the hotel, as well as Niagara Falls businesses. We would definitely book again if we returned to the area.

This is a nice clean hotel without all the frills. If you’re just looking for a clean place to lay your head, this is the place for you. That was all we were looking for so this is why we chose to stay here within walking distance to the falls And Clifton Hills. The only negative thing is the free breakfast isn’t totally free. You get a voucher for a certain dollar amount and if you go over, you have to pay that limited breakfast menu also not a buffet like you usually see at Holiday Inn in the US just putting that out there so you know.

Convenient location if your'e going to a show/casino. Free parking was a definite perk. Room was clean but average. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat. But it was reasonably priced and suited our one night stay.

Booked thru Expedia at approx $180/night. Final charges with all fees included totaled $284/night--approx$100/night in additional fees from quoted room rate--which is exorbitant! Quite a rip off. The hotel is nice altho our room air conditioner rattled all day and all night. Steam shower door wouldn't open, maintenance made a fix, and we decided to stay in the room in spite of it as shower was usable.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise our night right outside our room. Someone we think was drunk and swearing, yelling. We should have called but just kept trying go back to sleep. So the hotel couldnt do anything. For us because we never called the noise in. The hotel was very clean and it was a nice room. Very bad view though.
