Excellent location. The room was clean except for the toilet bowl (which needed scrubbing underneath). You can hear all the noise from outside and from the other room, but I dont mind since it is a great location

Good! Staff is very nice. Room is clean. Could use some hooks in The bathroom for towels. We like that there was a small sink area by the fridge. No microwave in the room. Location is good. Very close to Skylon tower and a short walk to the falls. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again if we decide to see the falls again!😊

The hotel is within walking distance to the falls and the parking is easy. It has two pools, inside and outside which my kids loved. The Skylon Tower is next to it, just exit the back of the hotel and walk across the parking lot. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

I liked that the pool wasn’t tiny, I liked the option of the hot tub, I liked that Al tho it was close to the falls it was too busy or noisy

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making it a great place for a family vacation. We loved the breakfast at Coco's, especially the pancakes, refreshing coffee, fruit platters, and yogurt. The hotel is conveniently located close to Niagara Falls and shares parking with the Skylon Tower, which made exploring the area easy. Our kid also had a wonderful time. We highly recommend Holiday Inn for families visiting Niagara Falls.

Great for our one night stay close to Niagara Falls. You cannot see them from the hotel, but the hotel is in a short, easy walking distance (less then 10 mins down the hill). And parking is at the hotel and is free (comparing to some other hotels). We had last minute booking and arrived around 7pm. Check-in was fast. Staff nice. Hotel has a restaurant which worked very well for us after all day on the road. We had queen size bed and pull out couch for our kid. Comfortable. The room was clean, all what we needed. We liked hard floors, no carpets. It had also balcony. And outdoor pool, which we didn't have time to try. We could hear people in the next room through connecting doors few times. But luckily not in the night. For the full hotel, the place was quiet. Hallways were not airconditioned, which was not a problem for us, but would be nice to have at least some air flowing. They could maybe use some upgrading also, but again...for the price and clean room it was great and we would stay there again.

Dont be fooled by pictures
Don't let the title fool you by making you think you can possibly see the falls. Very disappointed with noise and the stairway with cobwebs and heavy with smell of cigarette smoke.

Decent property to stay at in Niagara Falls. Parking is FREE when you stay unlike other hotels who charge up to $70 per day. Indoor and an outdoor pool was nice. The kids loved it. Wish they would have had a Sundrie Store for little essentials. Could have really used an option besides a vending machine that had like aspirin ans you had to have Canadian bills. The front desk wasn't exchanging money. Great location. Good restaurants around us and streets were clean compared to walking around Victoria and Clifton Hill. We were just a few blocks from the falls and 5 minutes to the Skylon Tower. Very busy time to go. Crowds were unbelievable.

I usually don’t take time for reviews but sadly I was compelled to leave one to express my disappointment with this hotel. Our room was first floor by the exit door. You could hear the noise from the door opening constantly. Perhaps if we had a room located somewhere else, it wouldn’t have been so bad. WiFi was spotty and floor was not clean.
