Room was spacious and cleab, the bed was super comfortable, the jetted tub was huge! There may not have been breakfast included but there was a dennys beside and a starbucks across feom the property. We saved tons on parking or can fares because it took only 3 minutes to walk to Clifton Hill

The night staff when i check in does not offered morning breakfsst with deny's. Ask the morning staff, her respond is unacceptable. Does not happy to help or provided more info. She did not greet us when we leaving. This hotel need more customer service training.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. Sad to say this time was a huge disappointment! This hotel is deteriorating, and fast! The room, areas around elevator was in a very sad condition. Paints and wallpapers peeling...our bed was clean but squeaking. The room darkening curtains were too short, had lights coming thru as well as dirty :/ We called the service bc every single towel in bathroom had hair on it! They came gave us new ones, and every one of those too had hair, the staff himself was in a shock! Bathroom tub had been changed into walk in shower, with no faucet in the bottom to adjust water, so you stand, open the tap, and the water, in our case, super cold, falls right onto your body...as there was bo testing and adjusting option on the bottom before you release the water in the shower (cheapest renovations)... We were too exhasted to get out and look for another hotel that evening. Otherwise would not have stayed there, would not recommend it to anyone!!

I like the location, the staffs, although there was a line up when we checked in, the staff are fast with their service. We had a problem with our bathroom and service came in right away. For sure we will come back here again. My family enjoyed staying here.
