The hotel is centrally located to all major sites around Niagara falls. Don't go driving around. It's not worth it to pay for parking everywhere. Just walk. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool area was great. We had everything we needed for 2 nights. No complaints

We had a nice stay at the Old Stone Inn in Niagara. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean although a bit basic (for a boutique hotel). Overall it was a nice hotel and I’d stay here again as it was very central to everything even though it’s a couple blocks off the main strip. Very walkable location.

The room is bigger than expected. It’s clean, neat and has comfortable beds. The customer service was phenomenal. The only little issue that I have is the slow wifi connection other than that everything else is amazing!

We booked a 2 night stay and paid in advance but because of some unfortunate circumstances we couldn’t make the first night, but then when we came to the hotel the second night to at least claim one of the nights they said, our reservation was canceled and we got charged for both nights and didn’t get any money back or a nights stay. Avoid this hotel or at least don’t pay in advance, theyll screw you if they can and tell you it’s their policy, i personally don’t care about a policy you MADE! I have gold status with Expedia because I travel a lot for work and I’ll never stay here again!

Needs a renovation. Our room had several issues. TV was grainy, my husband fixed the toilet seat, AC not working properly and bathtub didnt drain properly.
