Honestly what do you expect for the price? We got a room with 2 queen beds for about $100/night plus $20 for parking. Everyone was upset about the parking price, did no one pay attention to the details? The hotel was fine, it was a little run down but was clean enough. The beds were clean and the parking was easy. Check in line was long, pool was fine, arcade area was not great, we only did the claw machine that was $2 and play until you win. I went out and picked up pizza for the kids for dinner and shawarma for us for dinner. I requested a mini fridge for $10/night and it was totally worth it. I brought coffee and snacks and stored leftover pizza and leftover shawarma. Overall it was fine and super cheap for a weekend. It was a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hills.

First of all, a lot of things that need fixing. One elevator was broke and so was the ice machine. Had a $65 breakfast at iHop and that was after the coupon (there was 2 of us). That breakfast took us 1.5 hours because of terrible service. Our biggest complaint was the in room jacuzzi. It couldn’t have worked if we wanted to use it- there was no drain plug so nothing to stop the water. And the faucets on that tub dripped all night. Hard to sleep. We even put towels in the tub and that helped until the towels got too wet. When we told the front desk, they said “sorry for the inconvenience. You owe us $29 for parking”.. There's too many hotels to choose from in Niagara Falls to want to go back here again.

Worst property. All the amenities and furniture are old and dirty. 2 times they took payments. It’s not mentioned in Expedia . I request to Expedia to call me at the earliest.
