We will never stay at Ramada Whydams again. I am handicaped the staff did there best but I was put in a room that 1/could not get further from the front entrance . 2 had to use my scooter instead of just my cane.3/TV was of little use as could not get any worth while channels to watch. Over all was very dissapointed in our stay.

I did not like the forced or mandatory charge for resort fee. I perceived this as a scam, misleading and a con. Regardless of all the other high attributes , this left us a customers as being wronged. Enjoy the $40 bucks. We won’t be back. I also hold Expedia responsible. The parking was understood and We were fine with that. We might have tried your restaurant had it not been for the surprised charges. Your staff is fine though unless Van misspoke??

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Some soundproofing of the rooms facing the Main Street is needed as you can hear the traffic 24 hours a day

When you come in it looks nice with the outdoor pool. The check in area was pleasant but once you go in it is very dated. Our first room had bugs and was not clean. Lighting was very poor, probably to hide the dirt. Our first room had dust and dirt along the whole room baseboards.when i called to complain they said okay we'll change your room. We got ro the new room and the carpet was ripped and the bathroom was dirty. It was cleaner than the first room but not really. When i pulled blankets back to get into bed there was tomatoe sauce stains. They said it was rust but it was definitely sauce, doesnt even matter shouldn't be stained either way. When we went to say no thanks and request refund the service clerk was not very friendly. They requested proof for the bugs because they have to get professionals in to fumigate it. I was freaking out not taking pictures. There was also construction and they didnt have the area gated off and it was very loud.

The rooms very surprisingly spacious and clean. Loved the big walk in shower and comfy beds! It was in a quiet area surrounded my great restaurant options and outlet mall across the street. Checkin was easy and no additional charges except the $20/daily parking. Had no issues finding a place to park anytime of the day. Our family loved it and will be back!

Our stay was NOT good. Disappointed that restaurants were closed during our stay. Our room was in a different building and a long long walk to get to it through a maze of hallways. Ridiculous. Room was clean but bathtub had no grab bars. No mirror in room to help in getting ready. For the price we found it inconvenient and lacking.
