Just a heads up! Watch out!
Guests when booking this property need to be aware of their policy. I chose to pay at the property. Check in is at 4pm and i tecieved a phone call at 2pm from the property. They said my payment didnt go through and if we couldnt get there right away they would cancel our reservation. Apprently its their policy that they will try to put through the deposit upto 3 days out. Ive never experienced this anywhere else. Usually they payment isnt put throught until the person is there or after checkin for a no show. The woman on the phone was not friendly ablut it at all. We managed to get there in time. We ordered breakfast for 2 people, 2 days. We went the first day and it was HORRIBLE. The hollandaise saice was runny and see-through. The Western Sandwich had so many peppers in it it was inedible, the server wasnt the friendliest either. When i went to talk to the restauraunt manager, she tried walking away from me.. i finally got her to stop and listen. They took the charge off the room, but when we looked at our cc receipt they still charged us for it. The pool area was nice though. Wont be staying there again, too many options in Niagara.

Very clean and comfy. Beds and pillows where actually comfy unlike other hotels. Great price, everything is walking distance. Parking was great and it was a very noce hotel. Id happily book it again

The view for the fireworks was the only good thing about the room. Floors were filthy, bathroom was super tiny, latches on balcony doors are super sharp, causing a long cut when brushed against. Property needs a complete overhaul.
