When I arrived late at night , the check-in clerk was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes. The bed squeaked, the desk chair is too low for the desk, the walls are paper-thin and one can hear ever conversation outside the room. The breakfast had hardly anything that wasnā€™t wrapped in plastic

I accidentally booked the wrong date. I used Expedia. I was able to book the night I needed and when I canceled the wrong date quality inn would not refund that amount even though I stayed at their property. That is just bad business
