Situated on a serene street within a friendly lakeside community, our villa is ideal for couples, families, and groups, providing:

• Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway; no street parking as per city bylaw.
• Bike rentals are available for scenic wine tours.

• Security cameras on the property's front and back for insurance purposes only.

Booking Process
A "Cottage Booking Contract" is required by the city of NOTL and will be emailed for completion upon booking confirmation. Our team will notify you once sent, with the process varying in time based on your check-in date.

HOUSE RULES:

We don't have any rules that should surprise you. Some of the below are city enforced bylaws that are out of our control. Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving hefty fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental license. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.

1. No parties/events to be held on the property. (no exceptions, sorry)
2. No more than 8 adults are permitted on the property, without prior consent.
3. No excessive noise/music, especially outside after 10pm. (City bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors, please.
5. No more than 4 cars are permitted in the driveway. (City bylaw)
6. No street parking is permitted. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
7. We allow SMALL DOGS ONLY and a maximum of 2

*A "Cottage booking Registration" will be sent via email and must be filled in and sent back prior to check in date. Our team will send a message as soon as it has been sent to you. Depending on your booking check-in date, this can take a few days - to a few weeks to be issued.
