The hotel represents good value. The environment is uninspired but location handy for many. Rooms are nice. Two problems were that 1) you had to have a degree in audiovisual technology to run the in-room TV (and they are aware, supplying a full page of troubleshooting notes) and 2) the breakfast are chairs are in dire need of renewal in an otherwise nicely organized set up for a very good breakfast offering, included in the price. Welcoming staff much appreciated.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling. This is the only hotel in Fort Erie and it's maintained that way from the looks of it.

My partner and I stayed here while we were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities included were great and we enjoyed the time we spent in the room. My only criticism would be that even with the wall light and the four lamps it still felt relatively dark in our room, even during the day with the blinds open, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

I recently stayed for 2 nights on business. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. As a solo woman traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable. The location was very quiet and although right off the highway it was so quiet. I would stay here again with no hesitation!
