I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 40 square meters apartment, nice balcony that offers a superb view of the sea!
It can accommodate 4 people, located on the second floor without elevator.
You will find bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

## Logement
My accommodation is charming, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a tourist stay.
It can accommodate up to four people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a cosy living room with a television and a sofa bed, where you can easily relax. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also have a furnished balcony, where you can have lunch while enjoying the beautiful sea view and the sun of the French Riviera!

You will find nearby: bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacies... And for your daily shopping, the Casino #Géant is only 9 minutes away on foot.
The nearest beach is the Bouches du Loup beach, 3 minutes away by foot; the Battery beach is 9 minutes away. The famous Marina Baie des Anges marina is a 6 minute drive away.

Amazing location right on the beach. The public transportation is easy access to take trains to Cannes, or Nice & Monaco. Everything is walkable or rent an E-Bike. I wish I had planned to stay more days there. The only thing that's beyond the control of the owners is the public trash truck comes in at 6am to wake you up just outside the window with a large crane. However, waking up that early allowed me to enjoy the sunrise:-)

découverte de la cote d'azur
emplacement idéal pour découvrir la cote d'azur (Nice, Antibes...) tout peu se faire en train facilement. Le logement est accueillant pour un couple c'est parfait. La vue sur la plage est si agréable. Je vous conseille le petit déjeuner le matin avec le soleil sur la mer et ombre le soir sur la terrasse. Il faut se dire que l'emplacement est idéal mais le bruit avec la pizzeria le soir en permanence fait partie du décor. Heureusement qu'il y a la clim dans le logement pour fermer les fenêtre sinon le va et vient permanent des livreurs est pénible. C'est un logement on peu dire les pieds dans l'eau. Juste besoin d'un maillot de bain et d'une serviette pour aller se baigner, il faut 1 minute pour profiter de cet mer si belle.

Plusieurs choses à revoir
Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Sachez que vous n'aurez pas un emplacement de parking attitré. Il y a 4 places réservées à votre bâtiment (pour plus d'une quinzaine d'appartements) sur un parking municipal en zone bleue. Quand j'ai signalé ma "déception" au responsable de la conciergerie, il m'a été répondu que "c'était au premier arrivé et que si il n'y avait pas de place sur le parking, il y en avait sur celui du supermarché se trouvant à proximité". Responsable que je n'ai jamais vu, ni à notre arrivée, ni à notre départ à cause de nos horaires incompatibles. Je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse quand j'ai signalé par message que l'alèse avait des taches d'urine et qu'il n'y avait pas d'étendoir à linge. Bref, je suis assez déçu de cette location dû, en partie, par le manque de réactivité de la personne s'occupant de l'appartement.
