Like in France anywhere..
They are very nice hotel and very centra but we request a room with view and a king size bed because we slept with our baby and we didn’t get anything . They said that you guys you didn’t send our request plus the money what we paid wasn’t for a room with a view!

Furniture amazing.. clean.. staff friendly but hardly to see them. this is not a hotel as claimed.. this is apartment devided into rooms. even my room is next to main door .. too noisy.. No elevator .. using stair to 3rd floor so often .. not recommend for seniors and people with health problems

Unfortunately the pictures or description of our room didn’t suggest an open plan studio, the sink was next to the bed and the separate toilet cubicle was barely big enough to stand or even sit and therefore may be very claustrophobic to some. The bed and room was clean and comfortable and recently renovated. On arrival we were told breakfast was a certain time but not told to book our slot. As it was breakfast was on a picnic style table with guests cramped together so we were not disappointed to miss out and head round the corner to the many cheaper alternatives. Some rooms here are very well appointed, large and appear good value but use caution as the pictures may deceive regarding the other rooms. There is no lift which is stated, but it doesn’t say which floor you are on when you book either. We were on third or fourth floor, you could be on upto the fifth floor. As an aside, we parked our car in the nearby Sulzer Carpark. You can’t stop outside the hotel reliably and we spent over ten minutes doing a lap of the one way system.

A lovely room. Spacious and modern looking (even better than the pictures). Very clean. Well situated. Breakfast is delicious and priced very reasonably. The only downside is the absence of an elevator (which on the fourth floor is a genuine impairment).

Fabulous room in a perfect location in Nice, great for the old town, the sea and transport connections for day trips. Friendly staff and a nice, good value continental breakfast.

Great location, very central, right next to the Place de Massena. Walking distance to the promenade and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.Tram stops nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in making tour arrangements and were very responsive to any requests, Our room was quite spacious and nicely appointed, Windows opened up with a view overlooking the plaza, Fun to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the activities. Only down side is the lack of an elevator. Pack lightly or be prepared to haul your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs - good exercise to work off all of the wonderful food and wine you will have in Nice.

The room was very clean, fresh, looked well taken care of. The mattress was generic, but the pillows were very soft. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Nice. Only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator (normal in France) and most rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, so mentally prepare with luggage. However, this is no way affected our great stay there, would stay there again.

Cannot go wrong with a suite here, large rooms, natural light, very happy with the stay. Even had a credit card issue while traveling and they let us check-in while I got it sorted out. Only drawback for some folks would be the lack of elevator but no issue for us!

We visited Nice to enjoy a night in the famous Jean Prouve "dismountable house" at the CAB Foundation in near-by St. Paul-de-Vence, which we enjoyed tremendously, which we could afford for just one night. Afterward, we were very surprised by our room at Les Massena Suites! The size and the style of the room had many similarities with the Prouve style that we adore -- it was a clean basic style that was functional, beautiful, and architecturally interesting. It had several delightful touches that were unexpected --- including a wonderful shower (uniquely placed in the hallway!), a beautiful bathtub (prominently placed in the very spacious bedroom), a stylish sink, a well-placed hidden-away toilet, and a comfortable bed. And, in general it had so many neat features and had a basic elegance that we appreciated and made our stay very nice. We send our high compliments to the unstated designer of this space, which remarkably was reminiscent and competitive with the Prouve style (truly a high compliment). The staff seems to be a family that was hard-working and attentive. And, the price was so low it was a true bargain!
