Paradise in Provence- A Quiet Retreat (3BR) with Pool, Terrace, Barbecue, Garden

The property is located approximately 7 minutes to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that sits between the sea (about 14 kilometres away) and the Alpes Maritime. Take a look at the property in summer using the video link on this page.

The ground level of the house (the upper level is unoccupied during rentals) and guest cottage has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. It is ideal for 3 couples but there are 3 extra day beds. A playpen and high chair is also available for babies. There is a full kitchen as well as a small kitchenette in the separate guest cottage. The property is south facing with a beautiful 13 meter swimming pool, gets sun throughout the day, and is still bright in the long summer evenings. The pool is open from June through September.

This is a very comfortable campus for friends and family. The stone wall terraced garden has olive, orange, lemon, mandarin, apricot, cherry, and fig trees. Imagine eating on the outdoor terrace in the evening in the midst of the many rosemary and lavender bushes that dot the property. There are also many places to get away to read or just sit and relax.

Long summer evenings with a southern exposure, a beautiful swimming pool, and plenty of room on the property to wander.

The views are spectacular! There is even a petanque court shaded by two mulberry trees. This is a house that has become a favorite destination for many friends and family and there have been many repeat visitors.

Great property in Beautiful setting

Lovely House
Looking for 3 BR/3 BA?? Hard to find on Cote d"Azure. This property has it plus pool and acgive front gate. Entrance road is a little challenging but practice makes it easy. This is the First Floor of a 2 story house plus complete pool house. Worked well for 3 adult couples. You will fall in love with Tourrette-sur-Loup.

This home has terrific amenities: Great kitchen, spacious and private back yard with large pool, large bedroom with incredible main bathroom, and situated in unbelievable, scenic location. Less than an hour from Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibbes, Vence (St Paul's). And about an hour to the Italian border (we did a side trip to Portofino, Italy - about 3 hour drive - fabulous). And the local town of Tourettes sur Loop has it's own history and charm - worth at least a day to explore. We'll be back.

Wonderful location
We had a great stay in the villa, which had a fantastic garden and swimmingpool. My favorite way to start the Day, was with a cup of coffee with my book sitting amongst the olive trees. Swimmingpool was large and perfect for our Family. The location close to the town was great.

Our stay was nothing short of magical in what truly felt like the best place on Earth. We were fortunate to find a beautiful house that had everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect and became our daily retreat. Our group consisted of three adults and three teenagers (18, 17, and 17), and the space was ideal for both relaxation and fun. The peaceful surroundings were a delight, with a baby deer occasionally visiting the breathtaking garden filled with vibrant flowers. Parking was a breeze, with ample space for our two cars behind secure gates. The owner was always on hand and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this slice of "heaven on earth" in France. It was a trip we'll always treasure! šŸ˜

Great villa in a great location
Just stayed eight nights. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house offers all you need including very good beds. Good size pool and a very cozy patio. The garden are magnificent with several levels and places to sit and relax. No matter how warm it gets, you will always find a chilly spot in the shadow. Property manger okay. Friendly and on time. The owner, Kevin, is very helpful and answer your questions / request more or less immediately ā€“ and very informative. Highly appreciated, and at a level we never have experienced the thirty years we have been renting houses in Europe. The location is simply ideal for exploring the CĆ“te d'Azur. We can only highly recommend this villa, La Combe au Loup.

Le jardin, surtout, est magnifique, spacieux, trĆØs fleuri et arborĆ©. Nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ© la piscine, bien-sĆ»r, mais aussi le terrain de boules, la terrasse ombragĆ©e. La maison, elle mĆŖme, est agrĆ©able. Dommage que 2 des couchages soient dans un passage et non dans une chambre sĆ©parĆ©e. La maisonnette avec sa chambre et sa salle de bains est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable.

Perfect place to stay with a family
We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and had a wonderful time. It is a perfect place to stay with kids as the garden is really huge (even bigger as it seems in the pictures) and has a lot of level lawn area to play on. Much attention to detail such as petanque field shaded by mulberry trees which can be illuminated in the evening or a very cosy outside dining area with an outdoor kitchen style gas grill. Pool has a great size as well. Everything was very well maintained. The inside area of the house provided everything we needed during our stay such as a well equipped kitchen, although the outdoor space is clearly what makes it an exceptional place to stay. The location is super quiet, especially in the evening and at night. It is slightly a bit of a longer drive to bigger supermarkets or restaurants (about 15 mins) as you have to get out of the valley first, but it did not bother us at all. Communication with the owner and the property manager was professional and very smooth, same for check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back a second time!

Magnifique jardin et piscine
Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et trĆØs bien entretenus. La maison est parfaite mais plutĆ“t adaptĆ©e pour 6 personnes que pour 9. Il y a trois chambres avec lit double et chacune leur salle de bain, ce qui est parfait. Les deux lits simples sont dans une piĆØce de passage entre la salle Ć  manger et une chambre et ce nā€™est pas trĆØs pratique et il y a un lit simple dans la salle Ć  manger. La gestion de la maison est trĆØs bien assurĆ©e et Eva a rĆ©pondu Ć  toutes nos demandes, merci ! Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour.

Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten lassen nichts zu wĆ¼nschen Ć¼brig. Sehr sauber, viel Platz, groƟartiger Pool, absolute Ruhe. Die umliegenden Ortschaften sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die CĆ“te d'Azur zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Belle maison oĆ¹ il fait bon vivre autour de la piscine. Il ne manque rien, la maison est trĆØs fonctionnelle. Tout est pensĆ© pour passer de bonnes vacances relaxantes autour de la piscine et sur la terrasse oĆ¹ le coin salon/repas/barbecue permet de profiter de bons moments tous ensemble. les extĆ©rieurs sont trĆØs bien entretenus, l'environnement est calme. Nous Ć©tions une famille de six personnes dont trois ados et un enfant de 8 ans et l'agencement des chambres permettait Ć  chacun d'avoir son propre espace. Nous avons bien apprĆ©ciĆ© le studio indĆ©pendant. L'accueil des gardiens est trĆØs sympathique, ils sont soucieux du bien-ĆŖtre des vacanciers. Tous les commerces de proximitĆ© (boulangerie, boucherie, primeur, supĆ©rette) se trouvent Ć  Tourettes sur Loup, trĆØs joli village Ć  7km. Nous recommandons cette location.
